POSITION SUMMARY:
Prepares and maintains accounts payable records and reports, and receiving and purchase orders; reviews completed accounts payable runs; responds to employee and vendor inquiries; schedules accounts payable for payments in a timely manner and ensures that accounts payable detail balances to general ledger account on a monthly basis.
